The Graceful Connection is a residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE) located in a very quiet cul-de-sac in the Hayward Hills. It is elegant, peaceful and home –like. We aim to serve guests aged sixty and above on a round-the clock basis. We also offer respite care on a short term basis.
